🌐 About the Role:
You will be working with multi-national clients and play a key role in co-developing creative solutions to their biggest business challenges. Working across a range of industries, supporting diverse business needs including branding, communications, strategic planning, customer experience, product development and consumer behaviour you will be part of the team ensuring we deliver exceptional insights across quantitative research projects.
You will be involved in all aspects from Research Design to Data Analysis and Insights Delivery.
This is a MOROCCAN-based regional client servicing role.
👤 What we're looking for:

At least 6 yrs of robust agency-side quantitative market research experience

Ability to independently conduct quantitative analysis & reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field of study.

Excellent communication skills. (Fluency in English, French and Arabic)

Experience conducting research across various markets would be a plus.

Excellent ability to use Microsoft office – particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Experience with SPSS or other statistics packages in a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, along with being a great team player.

What You'll Do:
🔍 Research Design: Conduct in-depth research to understand consumer attitudes and behaviours, by appraising client briefs and contribute to recruitment questionnaires.
📊 Project Management: Manage qualitative projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
🎤 Moderation & Fieldwork: Liaise with FW suppliers to secure the right consumer mix for projects.
📈 Reporting & Insights: Assist in qualitative data analysis, charting, and preparing insightful reports that align with clients objectives.

What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience at a full-service research agency (required).
Strong market research experience, with a focus on qualitative research and a good understanding of quantitative processes.
Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Anthropology, or related fields.
Hands-on project management experience, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Ability to moderate discussions with consumers.
Strong organizational and logistical skills to manage project components.
Digitally savvy, with knowledge of AI tools, social media platforms, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
A proactive, creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical skills to interpret data and offer clear, actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic, French, or Portuguese is a plus).
Experience with African markets (Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria) is an advantage.

We're seeking a seasoned Quantitative Research Executive to join our team, in a research agency. You’ll play a key role in designing research proposals, managing projects, and delivering data-driven insights to our clients across Africa and beyond.
About the Role
🔬 Research Design: Appraise client briefs to understand their needs and objectives, and collaborate with the MDI Africa team to design quantitative questionnaires.
📊 Project Management: Manage and participate in quantitative project planning and review meetings.
📈 Reporting & Data Analysis: Work with the research team on data analysis, checking data accuracy, coding, charting, and report creation.
👥 Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams and build relationships beyond your own market.
What would make you stand out:
2-3 years of quantitative research experience in a full-service research agency (required).
Hands-on experience in project management, including liaising with FW suppliers, questionnaire design, data checking, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience with SPSS or other statistical packages.
Familiarity with Mobile Digital Research methodologies and AI (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work autonomously or within a team.
Experience working across African markets like Egypt, Kenya, and Nigeria is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of Arabic, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
