We use respondents’ mobiles to make the interaction as fun and interactive as possible, while at the same time bringing you as close to the moment of truth as possible.
We mimic the way respondents interact on a daily basis with their phones and environment. We make use of heat maps (respondents clicking on what they like / dislike on a concept or product), unboxing video’s, taking ‘selfie’s’ all while interacting with your concept or product, or initial exposure to a concept.
Although our approach is flexible and combines both qualitative elements and quantitative, we have a short set of questions, designed for mobiles, included in all quantitative assessments, enabling us to build a reference database of what good looks like.
